  • Investment: $295 per Mindshop advisor.
    Includes morning tea & lunch each day plus a 3-course dinner and drinks on Monday 27th October.

Meet the Facilitator

Chris Mason founded Mindshop in 1994 and is the Chairman of the Mindshop Group of companies. 

Chris' role involves coaching senior people within the Mindshop Network, coordinating Mindshop's strategic direction and the development of business tools and processes. 

Workshop Program

  • Day 1
  • Foundations for Coaching & Delivery Success: Explore key frameworks, session structures & delivery tips, including how to build energy, authenticity and using AI for impact.
  • Leveraging Mindshop Resources: Hear practical how to's for transforming Mindshop from a digital tool to a central component of your advisory business to allow you to support more people, more effectively.
  • Ad Hoc Problem Solving Techniques: Insights and demonstrations for application of core foundational tools with hands-on scenario exercises and peer feedback so you can address any client or team issue.
  • Business Health Check Design and Delivery: Learn how you can leverage AI and templates to deliver impactful Business Health Checks and explore how to commercialize and embed them into client offerings.

  • Simple Strategy & Visioning: Participate in a simple strategy case study and practice delivering a strategic visioning exercise.
  • Pricing & Commercialization: Discuss pricing models, building an income matrix, and using diagnostic tools to drive value-based selling.
  • Project Planning & Opportunity Identification: Identify personal commercial opportunities and develop initial action plans.

Join fellow workshop attendees on Monday 27th October at King Ranch Texas Kitchen, a prime steakhouse in the Galleria, a short drive from Withum, Houston Offices. With a rich Texan history that dates back to 1847, King Ranch has been defining excellence for steakhouses in Houston for decades. Guests will enjoy a three course seated dinner and drinks.
