Register for the next Mindshop Accelerator Workshop to stay ahead of the key advisory trends and opportunities shaping 2026.

Clients are time poor, moving faster, arriving more informed, & expecting sharper outcomes from every strategy, coaching & problem-solving conversation. AI is compressing preparation & production which means advisor value now sits in how well you challenge, frame, prioritise & drive traction. This hands-on Mindshop advisor accelerator workshop is built to upgrade your strategy, coaching and facilitation capability with clients &internally.

Led by Mindshop Expert, Mike Burke with insights from Mindshop Managing Director, James Mason, you’ll work through practical models, live exercises & current case study examples covering strategy facilitation design, Coaching 2.0 delivery shifts, radical candour conversations, AI-assisted diagnostics, improved problem solving meetings & pre/post work efficiencies. The emphasis is on what is actually converting, what is no longer working, & how to reposition your advisory approach to stand out in a crowded, AI-noisy market.

You will leave with:

  •  Latest insights on what is cutting through in the current market for use internally and with clients.
  •  Proven structures for running high-impact strategy and problem-solving workshops / meetings.
  •  Coaching upgrades that increase intensity, accountability and behavioural follow-through.
  • Practical AI leverage points that cut hours from each engagement.
  • Clear delivery and pricing adaptations aligned to current client buying behaviour.
  • A defined set of immediate implementation actions.

If your goal is to lift advisory impact, not just output, this workshop is designed to reset and strengthen how you deliver value where it now matters most.
